1. Perishable Goods Policy
As we deal in perishable food items (fresh chicken and poultry products), we maintain a strict "No Return" policy once the order has been delivered and accepted by the customer to ensure food safety and hygiene standards.
2. Quality Issues & Replacements
If at any point a chicken piece is missed or an error is made on the packaging, we take full responsibility. If this happens, please do not worry; simply bring the packaging back to our store and we will replace it immediately. We strive for transparency and honesty in our manual labor process.
3. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled at any time before they are dispatched. Once an order is in "Dispatch" status, cancellations may incur a service fee as the items are fresh-cut to order.
4. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 24-48 hours and credited back to your original payment method or Apna Chicken Wallet.
